Raihan Ahmed Shahin Tailor wants to make Ward No. 23 modern and smart: Announces master plan

Gazipur Representative: Councilor candidate for the upcoming election of Ward No. 23 of Gazipur City Corporation, prominent social worker and favorite face of the young generation, Raihan Ahmed Shahin (Tailor) has announced a visionary master plan and manifesto for the overall development of his constituency. He expressed this commitment at a view-sharing meeting organized after extensive public outreach in different areas of the ward yesterday.

Raihan Ahmed Shahin said, "My main goal is to ensure the fundamental rights and civic amenities of every citizen of Ward No. 23. The crises that the people of this area have been facing for a long time can be permanently resolved through proper planning and honest leadership."

Main pillars of the development plan:

1. Formation of digital and smart ward: Security will be strengthened by bringing the entire ward under the control of CCTV cameras in phases. A central digital booth will be set up, from where citizens will get various certificates and services from their homes.

2. Modernization of waterlogging and drainage system: The drainage system will be renovated according to a well-planned master plan to eliminate waterlogging on the main roads and lanes of the ward during the rainy season.

3. Employment of youth and drug-free society: Regular sports and cultural competitions will be organized to protect the youth from drugs. In addition, a special hub for freelancing and technical training will be created for unemployed youth.

4. Development of healthcare: Ward-based free medical camps and a 24/7 emergency ambulance service will be arranged to provide primary healthcare at the doorstep of every family.

Local elders and ordinary voters present at the meeting appreciated this youthful and practical plan of Raihan Ahmed Shahin Dorji. Voters claim that this time they want a representative who will always be by the side of the common people, not only during elections, but also in good times and bad. Shahin Dorji reiterated in his speech that if elected by a large vote of the people, he would establish Ward No. 23 as a role model ward within the Gazipur City Corporation.
